Eleven

I prayed for you.

To have happiness.

I prayed for him.

For peace of mind.

I prayed for all of my friends.

That they would be safe from harm.

I prayed for myself.

For serenity and wisdom.

Then I said,

Now God,

If you have anything for me,

I’ll be quiet.
